Steady job in mattress manufacturing

• We secure employment for candidates free of charge and assist with all document processing for legal stay in Poland. The employment is official, fully compliant with Polish and European legislation, and includes full tax payment.
• Employees receive medical insurance (including family) and comprehensive support from a coordinator throughout their entire employment period.

• Operating production machinery
• Loading materials into equipment
• Packaging finished mattresses
• Stacking products onto pallets (up to 40 kg)

Rate:

• Minimum 5500 PLN/month net + accommodation allowance

Work schedule:

• 2 shifts, 8–10 hours per shift, Monday–Friday
• No night shifts
• Shift 1: 06:00–14:00 / 16:00
• Shift 2: 08:00–16:00 / 18:00
• (shifts rotate weekly)

Contract type:

• Umowa Zlecenie
• Candidates with their own accommodation only

Medical examination:

• 100 PLN - deducted from first salary (if not already covered)

• Men up to 50 years old
• Communicative Polish
• Willingness to perform physical work
